Dependency feature 'PublishingSite'

Activate the Publishing features in both Site level and web level .

Before uploading the solution file activate the publishing feature in the site then try .

Go to site settings -> Site collection setting -> Enable Publishing feature .

Try to do activation using power shell :

Enable-SPFeature -Id "PublishingSite"-Url http://{siteurl}
