Deployment ASp.NET2.0

Add a setup project (I recommend u use the wizard) and thats it build the wizard. The setup project will create setup file. Run the setup file. The setup file will ask for a virtual directory's name. The rest is automatic. Next step is to configure the IIS server. Go to the IIS server manager select the desired virtual directory, right click the virtual directory and choose property option. Select the ASP .NET tab page and select the 2.0 version. By the way this IIS configuration procedure is for IIS 5.0. If your IIS ver is 6 the solution is slightly different. There may be still be error and thats probably in the config file. If problem persists give me a mail at [email protected]
