Designer Changes not updating

Hi all,

 

            I have a project that is already developed and i am exploring that. I have changed the label text name in the vb designer and saved. and when i build the project, the changes are not taking effect.

I have searched for the issue and cleaned the solution rebuild the solution but the issue is not resolved.

can anyone help me with this issue
