DevExpress Controls for an Open Source project

Hi,

Im confused in a point.I need your guidance.

Here's my situation:

I wish to develop a new project and publish it on CodePlex.Before that i wish to use DevExpress Controls in which i liked NavBarControl which looks like Visual Studios Toolbox control.And it says DevExpress controls are free to use(Since i wont use it in a commercial project).Then i will also write an article about it in csharpcorner.

So here's the question coming for you: Can i publish this project with DevExpress controls?

Yes i agree.

I have seen os projects using DevExpress controls.But im not sure if it is legal or not.

But anyway i think i must post this on DevExpress Forums :)

Oops sorry..

I have seen some codeplex samples with DevExpress lib. But not sure they are the same we talking about. Please wait for more replies from other members.

You got me wrong.The link you sent me is for deploying applications.

I was wondering if it was legal to share the devexpress controls within an open source project.
