Author: The person who created the work product being inspected.
Moderator: This is the leader of the inspection. The moderator plans the inspection and coordinates it.A capable moderator (or Leader or Controller) ensures that the Reviews are Planned, Organized and executed effectively.
Person performing Moderator role will require have both Technical and Interpersonal skills.
Moderator's responsibilities are.
a) Make sure all the required participants are available for review or inspection on time.
b) Ensure Producer, Reviewer and Recorder come prepared for review or inspection.
c) Ensure entire group involved in review or inspection work efficiently and any conflicts that arise are handled gracefully.
d) Ensure Entry Criteria is met before formal review or inspection starts.
e) Share review or inspection report to all the required Stakeholders.
