Disabled Button when it Clicked in table

Hello, I want to disable button Assign when it clicked, beacause it should assign only once so i can achieve this, I have done following code for HTML. Thanks in advance

User Name	Description	Bid Amount	Action
{{ issue.UserName }}	{{ issue.Description }}	{{issue.Bid_amt}}

On click button, on the Javascript "OnClientClick" make the element disabled.
