Doubt in 3-tier Architecture Gridview ? ? ?

Hai, Friends,

       I have doubt in Gridview, how to use three architecture for Binding and retrieving data [ Data Access Layer ,Business Logic Layer and Presentation Layer ]. And Also i need to know, how to perform Edit ,Update and delete the Gridview in realtime scenario. 


So,Please Suggest me how to write the code in CLASS in three architecture methods.
