Drawing With GDI+ Best Practice

Question

Can any one help and tell what is the best practice to draw with GDI+??!! specially when I move object on my drawing form??!!! I use invalidate and Update method everytime :0(, and I shy to do that, coz I know it is a load to draw all objects again when moving one object.. and one an object come over another one, they told me use Xor Method or something.. but I don't know how.. ?!!! please support me with simple example & tips Thanks :0)
