Error when consuming SOAP Web service

Hi there, please help. I am getting the error below when attempting to call a web service in VS Community 2019, in XAMARIn project.

 

System.Xml.XmlException: 'Element 'Register_DeviceAsyncResponse' with namespace name 'http://tempuri.org/' was not found. Line 1, position 220.'
