Error when run exe file of software installed

Question

Hi all,

 

I have a software created with Visual studio 2013(.Netframework 4) and Sql Server 2008 in windows 8.1.

This software in VS not have any error.

I create a setup file from this software with SetupFactory.But when use this file and install this software on windows xp(with .NetFramework 4 installed).

When i run exe file of my software show this error:

 

and in Event Viewer:

 

My friend suggested after .Netframework 4 install  .NET Framework 4.0.3.

I install this version But when run exe file also show imahe above(first image).

also in event viewer in addition to above image(second image)this error:

 

 

please help me.thanks
