Error while Install visual studio community 2015

I have Microsoft visual studio 2015 shell (minimum) interop assemblies error while install visual studio community 2015. I tried to clean %temp% and restart the PC and install again.

But still getting error.

I do it but no change, this is the end of my log file:

Hi,
Uninstall visual studio express 2015

Reinstall the Vs 2015
Additional Tasks:

Disable anti-virus or anti-spyware software.

Clear %TEMP% folder.

Run the installer as administrator.
