Excel file to DataBase insert

Dear All,

 

                I am having a Excel file that consists 40000 record. and i want to insert them into database. But the problem is that excel file consists different column name than Table Field and number of column less than the number of column of DB Table . and want to store record in bulk. then how it will possible. Please enlighten the way..
