Exe Creation for WinForms Application

Question

Hi everyone, I'm creating the exe of my winform application using the following method but the issue is its not working, login get successful but the main functionality is not working, the error is some type the image show, 

but when i place the exe in the Release folder with some other files, it works fine. but after removing the release folder dll file, it shows the error.
