Export To PDF(Image blur)

The details depend on how exactly do you create the original chart image.
Do you export it from an application directly to PDF format?
Or do you export it as image and you want to save this image file as PDF format and keep the original quality?

If you already have the chart as an image file, you can try using LEADTOOLS programming SDK to load the image with its original resolution and then save it as PDF format. The code will be something as follows:

using (RasterImage _image = _codecs.Load(ChartImageFileName))
{
string resFileName = @"C:\ResChart.pdf";
_codecs.Save(_image, resFileName, RasterImageFormat.RasPdfLzw, 24);
}
