Favstar.fm API integration with ASP.NET application.

I want to integrate Favstar.fm (twitter) API in my ASP.NET web application. I am new in WEB API and i have no idea how to start or do this. Please help me how to integrate or use Favstar.fm (twitter) API in my Application in detail with step by step tutorial.
