based on usage -
Enterprise apps with long-term support → Angular
Flexible, modern UI with large ecosystem → React
Full .NET stack, avoid JavaScript, faster backend-frontend integration → Blazor
Smaller or mid-sized apps with quick development → Vue.js

The best frontend framework for ASP.NET Core depends on your project's needs.
If you're looking for a modern and popular JavaScript framework, React, Angular, and Vue.js are the top choices.
React is lightweight, fast, and widely used with ASP.NET Core for building single-page applications (SPAs).
Angular is a full-featured framework with strong TypeScript support, making it ideal for enterprise-level projects.
Vue.js is simple, flexible, and easy to integrate with ASP.NET Core for smaller to mid-size apps.
For developers who prefer Microsoft’s ecosystem, Blazor is also a great option. It allows you to write C# instead of JavaScript for frontend development, making it easy to share code between backend and frontend in ASP.NET Core.
So, if you are already comfortable with JavaScript, go with React, Angular, or Vue.js. If you want a C#-based frontend with full integration, choose Blazor.
