Garbage collection

I am using the DateTime function it will return this one error..
I think that its error because of the memory is full.

DateTime instances are value types and so aren't subject to garbage collection anyway unless they're part of some object such as an array.

Is it an out of memory exception or a stack overflow exception you're getting?
