I want to generate QR Code and after scanning, It will redirect to a web page..Please help...

It's very simple to generate and scan qr code with Free Spire.Barcode library:

Code to generate qr code:
BarcodeSettings settings = new BarcodeSettings();
settings.Type = BarCodeType.QRCode;

settings.Data = "Hello 123456789";
settings.Data2D = "Hello 123456789";
settings.QRCodeDataMode = QRCodeDataMode.AlphaNumber;
settings.X = 1.0f;
settings.QRCodeECL = QRCodeECL.H;

BarCodeGenerator generator = new BarCodeGenerator(settings);
Image image = generator.GenerateImage();
image.Save("QRCode.png");
Scan qr code:
string[] data = Spire.Barcode.BarcodeScanner.Scan("QRCode.png", Spire.Barcode.BarCodeType.QRCode);

Using LEADTOOLS the code is as simple as this:

*Generate QR
RasterImage img= RasterImage.Create(300,300,24,300,RasterColor.White);
QRBarcodeData QData = BarcodeData.CreateDefaultBarcodeData(BarcodeSymbology.QR) as QRBarcodeData;
BarcodeEngine bEngine = new BarcodeEngine();
QRBarcodeWriteOptions QwriteOptions = bEngine.Writer.GetDefaultOptions(QData.Symbology) as QRBarcodeWriteOptions;
QData.Value = "www.facebook.com";
bEngine.Writer.CalculateBarcodeDataBounds(new LeadRect(0,0,img.Width,img.Height),300,300,QData,QwriteOptions);
bEngine.Writer.WriteBarcode(img, QData, QwriteOptions);
RasterCodecs _code = new RasterCodecs();
_code.Save(img, @"QR.PNG", RasterImageFormat.Png,24);
*Read QR and open a web browser.
BarcodeData barcode = bEngine.Reader.ReadBarcode(img, LeadRect.Empty, BarcodeSymbology.QR);
