Getting value of href from anchor tag dynamically

Hi,

Please help me in this issue..

I have a big tag value that is like..

from this tag value i want just that href value that is highlighted of anchor tag...Please get me some way to get this much easier..I want this for my web application..

I tried a lot things..but no succeed..

Please help me..
