gridview data display to fileupload control in the form

        please help me any one .

i have Grid View inside grid i have no of records.but i want to change or edit selected row in grid.

so i want to display all data in to text boxes and dropdownlist .i displayed those to but i need to display fileupload control.to update file name



hear small thing when i edit data without fileupload they get error like

Access to the path 'D:\Venkat\Venkat.s\VENKAT\Dmst\documents' is denied.

but i dont select any file in fileupload.thats y get error i selected file then it ll be ok.
