Gridview hyperlink problem

Hello

I have use gridview and i am using hyperling checkbox, and sorting in gridview.
but i have faced one issue lot of times the issue is when i am clicking on hyperlink and open popup and closed popup just click on checkbox or sorting  that time again open my previous link.
please help why this happend
