i want gridview records shows in vertical .

You can follow this, where we are transposing data on OnRowDataBound event.

Old Sps may give you simple result, but you need result in inverted form, so modification is required.

You can easily do it by transposing your records.
step 1. Create below SP (just change the tableName)
create procedure SpGetAllForwardAuth
as

SELECT @columns += QUOTENAME(Name) + ',' FROM YourTableName ORDER BY 1 desc;

  select Name, dum, value
  from yourtable
  unpivot
  (
    value for dum in (name, designation, EmailID, Mobileno,StateCode,DistrictCode,Office,OfficeAddress,UserSentDate,broughtbyname,broughtbydesignation,broughtbydated)
  ) unpiv
) src
pivot
(
  sum(value)
  for Name in IN ('+ @columns +')
) piv ;';
EXECUTE sp_executesql @sql;
end
step 2. Fill the Grid as usual

using(SqlConnection con= new SqlConnection(YourConVariable))
{
  sqlCommand cmd= new SqlCommand("SpGetAllForwardAuth",con);
  cmd.CommandType=CommandType.StoredProcedure;
  con.Open();
  gvForwardAuth.DataSource=cmd.ExecuteReader();
  gvForwardAuth.DataBind();
}
Note:- Not use the above GridView, just Drag and Drop a New Gridview, without the template field. (an empty grid)
and change the id to 'gvForwardAuth'.
