(help) retrieve lines from a "multiline" label

Hi,

I'm using a label that displays a string in multiline.
I would like to programmatically retrieve the lines from the label.

My label is full-docked in a custom control, autosize is set to false, due to the custom control.

Any ideas or solutions would be much appreciated.
