help with WMP11,and 3.5 please assist.

Question

firstly i am using Visual Studios 2008 express with .net 3.5 :- if that changes anything

what i want to be able to do, is control windows media player 11, and i mean a running version, not an immbedded player in a form. preferably so that i have i control over volume, track forward/back, stop, play, pause...

i have look around i found the SDK, but i couldnt download it.
