hosting asp.net web application in iis 7

I just hosted my asp.net c# web application with wcf service in iis 7 and i edit my application in visual studio 2010. but the changes does not reflecting in hosted application.

are you sure every file deploy on IIS folder. I don't know where are you stuck, if you think some issues are created visual studio 2010 no way. If VS 2010 not supported then error occur on build time be claim and think what are you missing.
