hosting of website

hello, I have a problem related to website hosting.

After Deploying the website to internet service provider(GoDady) it throws some error like ( /RunTime Error) . THis happens because of the web.config file they said how to resolve this issue. but now aftert entering my web address i am getting the error like (https://airrotor.in/). Please anybody hekp me out.

thank you sir i rectified the error by following your guidelines, now the problem is like the references are missing like that error, i try to add them by nuget packeges unfortunately i am not did with that, coud you please help me

the bellow tag you take two times remove this
inside the bellow tag set your default page

Before that i used this as my web.config file, what are the tag's in the web.config. sir can youn please spend me your little valuable time with me.

it is a static html page.but the file is saved as aspx, build in visual studio 2015.
