How angular 11 application trusts server CA certificate. Angular 11 application uses HttClient library to call to REST APIs, now need the ways to trust server(API) CA certificate.

Yes this the the way when client app it self is having self signed cert. In our case, Our API is having CA certificate, so from angular (client app) how to trust that certificate. Like in .Net when calling any other endpoint we provide or configure certificate path in the same way what are the ways in angular 2+

Enable —-ssl-certAND --ssl-key: ng serve —-ssl true Also, Configuring Angular CLI to use https: Now that we have the certificate files, it is simple to configure Angular CLI to use these to serve over https. I place the key and crt files in a separate folder, in this case it’s d:\certificates . I update my package.json file as follows: "start": "ng serve --ssl --ssl-key d:\certificates\localhost.key --ssl-cert d:\certificates\localhost.crt" Now running npm run start starts serving my Angular app on https://localhost:4200 , but when I navigate to this URL in Google Chrome I find that I am presented with a warning indicating that the site is not secure. By clicking on the ‘Not secure’ warning and selecting ‘Certificate (Invalid)’ I find that Chrome is warning me that the certificate is not trusted.
