how can allow multiple user at same time in the web config

Hello,

i am did indexing in the Store PROCEDURE so when i am export to excel it is speed fast 2 min 3 sec

but when i deployed in production server when 12 user login then export to excel then it will take 15 min .

and 5 user is success file export but other 7 user stopped process automatically.

how can i increase the speed of my website and how can allocated session to particular user .

how can allow multiple user at same time login speed the process.

i m using membership and sqldatasoucre

Please help how can increases speed when multiple user login at same time

can i used max pool and min pool size
