Anyone understand how GDI+ works?Is GDI+ draw thru graphic chip in or using windows kernal?example like
if my graphic card doesn't function correctly, i draw a same image to both screen and memory, since the graphic card doesn't function correctly, the image shown in screen will be incorrectly, then how about the image in the memory, if i save the image to file and open using other system, izit will be still correct?
