My question is,
I m retrieving data from database and I want it in header of Gridview, Means if I retrieve 4 rows from database then I want these rows in header.

Yes you can using HeaderTemplate under TemplateField.
I just show you an example of how its work.
Try to build your logic depend on that and let us know.
