How To binding Database row values to TextBoxes WPF MVVM

My database table is

id Value

1 xyz

2 developer

3 c#

4 dotnet

i want to bind xyz, developer,c#,dotnet values to 4 textboxes .when i run the code it will show in textbox how it is

i know only normal column value field.i dn't know every row bind to every textbox
