How to calculate memory utilization %

Hi,

I need to monitor the Memory on Windows Server 2012.

I have collected the Perfmon counter for 24 hours for Counter Memory \ Available Mbytes

Please let me know how to calculate memory is utilized in % from Memory \ Available Mbytes data.

Why not just take the total memory in MBytes, divide the available MBytes by Total MBytes * 100 and find the percentage?
