To the best of my knowledge there is no such thing as Oracle database for ASP.NET. There is just Oracle database for a typical business application. The best approach is to install Oracle (or Express) and provide database name during installation itself, which by default, I believe is ORCL. From whatever I remember from creating an Oracle database on Unix years ago, it is rather a complex process, as compare to creating a SQL Server database.
