How to create plt files using C#

Is there a code listing that demonstrates how to create a (plt) plot file from given dimensions of an object using C# ?
Any serious feedback would be appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to respond, but what I am looking for is an example of the C# code required to create the plot file which in turn can be used to cut the shape using a CNC device.

The final plt file generated must be a half-size page with 600dpi (dots per inch) resolution and zero margins. Any images within the Micro station file must also be plotted to the plt at 600 dpi. The plt file must be plt version 1.5 (Acrobat 6.x) compatible and comply with all Tri-service standards that are required for similar paper copies.
