How to find controls inside datagrid in silverlight?

Hi,
  This is Rajesh. I am developing an application in silverlight to generate online question paper. For that i have to create One form to enter Questions to database with all required options. At final i completed the design. With this user can enter Question and 4 options for that and select one correct option. Now i want to save all details entered by user into database. How can i do this?
 
Anybody please help me how to do it? Its very urgent for me.
