add a panel in your design page

now go to .cs page
TextBox txt_d1 = new TextBox();
txt_d1.ID = "txt_d1";
txt_d1.Text = "test value";
Panel1.Controls.Add(txt_d1);

first you need to find the parent control of the element and then find the control.
