Hello Saurabh there is 2 method you can use any one

select Min(Salary) from (Select Top(2) Salary From customer Order By(Salary) Desc)Tab

Select Top 1 Salary From (Select distinct Top 2 Salary From customer Order by Salary Desc)Tab Order By Salary Asc

1-SELECT MAX(Salary) FROM Employee WHERE Salary NOT IN (SELECT MAX(Salary) FROM Employee )

2-select MAX(Salary) from Employee WHERE Salary <> (select MAX(Salary) from Employee )

3-

select max(salary) from emptable where salary < (select max(salary) from emptable);

4- SELECT * FROM ( SELECT [Salary],(DENSE_RANK() OVER (ORDER BY [Salary] DESC)) AS rnk       FROM [Table1] GROUP BY [Num] ) AS A     WHERE A.rnk = 2
