How to get all windows account?

I've already solved the problem. I used the System.Management namespace and the Win32_UserAccount class to query You can find it in MSDN.

Try to check Windows advapi32.dll, may be here are the functions to deal with accounts. I found it in VS help; WindowsIdentity.Impersonate Method
