How to get Div tag contents only Using c#

Hi,
I need get "Div" tag contents from the html file using c#.

this is test contents

this is my code i want those both div tag contants.seperately..
Note:this contents readed from txt file.

Posting your code could help me in finding and giving you more inputs..
onething is once you split on div, you need to substring based on the
tag so that I suppose you shoul get the desired result

If you are reading it as file and get div contents, then you can use string functions and get those
string[] str = mainString.Split("

") something like this
