How to implement the licensing in the web based project?

Hi,

I would like to have some idea that how can i implement the file based licensing in web based project. The license file such that after adding that only my project should be able to use at the end user end. I know there are many third party company who does provide such facilities but i want to implement by own and want to have some idea related to that how can we do that?

The most secure way is to sign some data using cryptographic algorithms and then check the signature during license validation.

But why do you want to waste time on developing a licensing scheme instead of focusing on your core competency. Take a look at CryptoLicensing ( http://www.ssware.com/cryptolicensing/cryptolicensing_net.htm ), if you decide to use a ready-made system.
