How to include custom values in dropdown

 Exactly. and the pop-up values are ONLY check boxes with values. user wants to select their own requirements, and after selected values on pop-up, we will give it in ok button. when the user click's OK button in pop-up. It will return to gridview and show thier selected fields.
 Now u have an idea about my requirement.
Anyone Could known this pls help me to achieve.

Is it like you have dropdown box showing age, gender, sex and religion. Now you have one custom text like ADD in ddl box. when user selects ADD then a popup window will open to show age, gender, sex and religion in different ddl boxes and when user selects and closes it, it backs to the ddl and add the item... Is this your requirement. If not, then please elaborate.....
