Niranjan you can increase timeout period by setting SQL Command Timeout property explicitly.

Example : -

using (SqlConnection con = new SqlConnection("Data Source=SERVERNAME; Integrated
Security=true; Initial Catalog=DBNAME"))
{
      con.Open();
      SqlCommand cmd = new SqlCommand("WRITE SOME QUERY", con);
SqlDataReader dr = cmd.ExecuteReader();
cmd.CommandTimeout = 60; // Default Value is 30 Sec
con.Close();
}
