How to Insert Data.when textboxes are generated dynamically

Here my Problem is When the user select count of textboxes in dropdownlist after submit then generated Textboxes what user selected. am giving name of ids given dynamically like..textskil1,txtskil2..

in Button click get values of those generated textboxes

If I understood your question correctly.
User will specify number of text box once he click on some button you are Generating all the text boxes id given dynamically.

To Insert the data you can do on the same place where you are writing the code to Generate them.
