How to Read excel file data and save data to sql server in Asp.net Web Api2.

I am working on a WEB Api project. I want to do Import/Export functionality . Can anyone give some solution for this ASAP.

String sOutput = fNumber1.ToString("n3"); and String sOutput = fNumber2.ToString("n1"); whats the difference btween n3 and n1 at the ends.

For free version and commercial version with support, you could try Spire.XLS. Please refer to the tutorial:

For open source solution, you could try NPOI. Please see the tutorial below:
http://npoi.codeplex.com/SourceControl/latest#NPOI.Examples/ImportXlsToDataTable/Form1.cs

They both don't need Excel installed on the server side.
