How to Read Excel in Silverlight?

Hi,
I need a solution to read Excel file in Silverlight.

I search about it but there are some solution which describes to use OOB apps but I need a code
which will work without OOB.

Please help me here.

article Solution requires Silverlight application running in 'out of browser' with elevated rights , & I mention already that I need Excel reading without OOB mode.
