How to read webConfig key in angular 4 typescript file

Angular 4 application developed using the visual studio , need to know how to read the webConfig key in typescript file.

Amit thank you for your answer but these <%=ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["sample"].ToString()%> tags is not working in Component HTML ...Component HTML used is having html ext ,not an aspx or cshtml.
