assignedTo field can have individual user specified, but might not work if SharePoint group is specified.

Hi Santosh, basically it's a group mail id i.e Source group which is not in available in sharepoint site which means i trying to send email to external id.

Hi Pratham, I think this error occurs because you don't pass " assignedTo " value for approval workflow or whatever user you pass to assignTo is not valid. To resolve this error pass proper user into assignTo. For more information can you send your whole workflow's snap or details?
