How to save scanned image c#

I want to save scanned images to specific directory that is selected through a combobox. I am now able to view scanned image in my application using dynamsoftdotnettwain driver but dont know how to save those scanned images. I am working in visual studio 2013 with c#. Thank you in advance.

The simple way is after you scanned you will get byte[] . By taking that byte[] you can directly save it in database. Otherwise convert byte[] into image and save that image in a folder and save that folder path in database. Thanks

You can use LEADTOOLS Imaging or Document SDK technology in your application.

You can leverage the TwainSession and RasterCodecs classes, which will allow you to scan an image from a physical scanner using TWAIN drivers, grab the image as a RasterImage object, and export the image to file.

Take a look at below link. Idea is to have your image in byte array and store them to db and do the reverse process to load image in to memory.
