How to show the xml file data in GridView?

Question

I have one xml file in my project's folder. I am reading the xml file and showing the data in GridView. If i change some data in that xml file immediately i have to show in my GridView with out refreshing the webpage.
How?

Thanks Kirtan, But i am unable to write this code in Global.ajax file. Global.ajax is the script file. Like this.. And there are 2 events. What i have to write in the code in those 2 events. Thanks kirtan.. I will put ajaxpanel for the grid. But, i don't want to apply timer for the grid. When you update something in xml file immediately the updated data has to reflected in the grid. With out timer i have to show the data in grid..Please tell me how?

Use Ajax Update Panel to Do that It will refresh only that Grid View not whole Page . Happy Coding :)
