Make sure you open visual studio in admin mode and follow as @Sachin and @Abhishek suggested too

you need to give the permission to the target folder

you might be trying to access files within a directory which is set to read-only causing the error., for example in c:// many files have no access.

in your case, my music is set to read-only.

go to this directory right click---> security and allow access to all.
